For F1 set it to something like 360 degrees. I must say though that for assetto corsa I have never found this necessary. Both my wheel and in game are set to 900 degrees and for the likes of the formula hybrid this is nearly perfect 1:1 steering with the in game wheel. Enable soft lock in CM under settings/assetto corsa/control/force feedback.
